House For Girls

The Redefine Life Foundation has been planning to open a children's home in Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia, for orphans. The organization has intended to target girls who are about 5 years old who have been
left on the street of Addis Ababa without any parent(s) and in need of assistance.
The organization intends to
identify children who have shown potential and desire for learning. The primary goal of RDL is to provide the
environment, living conditions and facilities for a healthy development of children who suffer from social and
economic scarcities. To this end, in the enrolment process for the Home, the disadvantaged children should always
be accorded.
While the goal of the organization is one day to build a Redefine Life Center which will accommodate
over 1,000 children, provide schooling, and basic needed the organization it’s best to start with five girls to
prove our ability to operate such facility with great deal of responsibility and commitment.
Our intent is to open a house where we can provide all the basic necessities for caring for these children, such as food,
shelter, medical attention, and school fees and supplies. In addition to the bare minimum, however, the Home focuses on
creating a small, family-like environment that resembles a typical home.
